Проверка, обработка, регистрация поступающих документов. Выдача документов, подготовленных органами и ведомствами по результатам предоставления услуг. -Осуществление взаимодействия с органами, предоставляющими государственные и муниципальные услуги.

При наличии высшего образования (предпочтительно - юриспруденция) требования к опыту работы отсутствуют. При наличии среднего профессионального образования (правового) требуется опыт работы в административной сфере (ведение делопроизводства) не менее 1 года - Знание нормативных правовых актов и иных документов, регулирующих деятельность МФЦ на территории Российской Федерации; - Знание основ делопроизводства и документооборота; - Знание основ законодательства РФ, устанавливающего особенности обращения с информацией, доступ к которой ограничен федеральным законом (152-ФЗ); - Умение свободно работать с программами MS Office (Excel, Word), уверенный пользователь оргтехники (факс, МФУ, мини-АТС) - Cкорость печати не менее 180 зн/мин. - Знание функций и возможностей единого портала государственных услуг (ЕПГУ); - Навыки четкого и грамотного изложения своих мыслей в устной и письменной форме; - Навык работы с большим объёмом документов и информации. Федеральный закон от 27.07.2010 № 210-ФЗ Об организации предоставления государственных и муниципальных услуг; Постановление Правительства Российской Федерации от 22.12.2012 № 1376 Об утверждении Правил организации деятельности многофункциональных центров предоставления государственных и муниципальных услуг; общие знания о современных коммуникациях, сетевых приложениях, программном обеспечении; знание вопросов безопасности и защиты данных; знание основных команд при применении ПК, основных принципов работы с рабочим столом, принципов организации файловой структуры, создания, перемещения и удаления файлов, печати электронных документов; знание офисных программ, включая умения по созданию и формированию текстовых документов. знание принципов работы/подготовки презентаций в программах для работы с презентациями и слайдами, создания, отсылки, получения электронных сообщений, написания ответов, пересылки ранее полученных сообщений, работы с вложениями в программах для работы с электронной почтой; знание и навыки работы с информационно-телекоммуникационной сетью Интернет (далее сеть Интернет ) включая понимание основных принципов функционирования сети Интернет, защиты информации, использования поисковых систем сети Интернет для работы с ее ресурсами, получения необходимой информации).
