Серверное оборудование и ПО Установка, настройка, обслуживание и демонтаж серверов, систем хранения и резервирования данных, программно-аппаратных комплексов мониторинга (аппаратная и программная часть). Инсталляция и сопровождение серверных ОС (Windows Server, Linux), Active Directory, почтовых систем, прокси-серверов, антивирусных систем, сетевых сервисов и ролей. Подбор оборудования, комплектующих и материалов для серверной инфраструктуры. Сетевая инфраструктура и кабельные линии Локализация неисправностей: проверка кабельной трассы от коммутатора до порта устройства, обжим цифрового кабеля. Поддержание в актуальном состоянии систем мониторинга SNMPc и Zabbix. Работа на объектах заказчика Выезды и командировки: регламентные и восстановительные работы, монтаж и запуск оборудования, разовые обращения в зоне ответственности подразделения. Документация и Helpdesk Ведение нарядов в системе Helpdesk: актуализация статуса объектов, соблюдение сроков, своевременное запрос на продление. Составление инструкций и документации на сопровождаемые устройства и ПО, обмен опытом с коллегами. Подготовка исходящих писем, списков потребности в МТР (текущие, плановые, аварийные), отчётных и статистических материалов. Общие требования Выполнение задач руководства в срок и с заданным качеством, соблюдение приказов и распоряжений. Работа по утверждённым регламентам, ремонтной документации и нормам безопасности. Информирование руководителя о ходе работ и отклонениях, недопущение повторных нарушений по результатам проверок. Прохождение обучения и повышение квалификации по направлению деятельности. Соблюдение коммерческой и служебной тайны, правил работы с конфиденциальной информацией. Участие в совещаниях по направлению деятельности. Обеспечение выполнения показателей бизнес-плана.

Образование: Высшее профессиональное образование по направлению ИТ или среднее общее образование и наличие сертификатов об успешной сдаче экзаменов по направлению сопровождение серверного ПО(MS Exchange, KSC, MS AD и т.д.) Должен знать: Серверное оборудование Базовое понимание архитектуры серверов, систем хранения данных (СХД) и резервирования. Опыт сборки/монтажа серверного оборудования в железе . Операционные системы Windows Server установка, настройка ролей и компонентов. UNIX-системы (Linux/FreeBSD) базовая установка и настройка. Сетевые сервисы и инфраструктура Active Directory понимание принципов работы, базовое администрирование. Почтовые системы, прокси-серверы, антивирусные системы общее представление и опыт настройки на базовом уровне. Локальные сети: обжим кабеля (RJ-45), трассировка кабельных линий от коммутатора до устройства, поиск неисправностей на участках. Системы мониторинга SNMPc и/или Zabbix хотя бы на уровне настройки базовых проверок и реагирования на алерты. Helpdesk / учётные системы Опыт работы в любой системе учёта заявок (Helpdesk, Jira и т. п.) ведение нарядов, контроль сроков.
