-Учет наличия и движения оборудования, инвентаризация оборудования, оформление технических паспортов объектов, внесение изменений в них, корректировка технологических схем, пересмотр исполнительных и оперативных схем тепловых сетей, насосных станций, котельных, павильонов, теплофикационных камер и дренажных устройств, выдача рекомендаций по перекладке и новых прокладок тепловых сетей; -анализ информации о количестве и характере повреждения тепловых сетей и тепломеханического оборудования котельных (расчет и анализ утечек, порывов на тепловых сетях, расчет затрат теплоносителя при опорожнении, заполнении и промывке тепловых сетей), технические данные, показатели и результаты работы, обобщать и систематизировать их, проводить необходимые расчеты, используя современные средства вычислительной техники и информационные технологии. -решении вопросов о внесении в проекты изменений в связи с внедрением более прогрессивных технологических процессов, объемно-планировочных и конструктивных решений, обеспечивающих снижение стоимости и улучшение технико-экономических показателей объектов эксплуатации, при необходимости оперативно решать вопросы по замене аналогами материалов, изделий, конструкций; -проверка и согласование проектной документации по разделам ОВ, ТС, ТМ, исполнительной документации, работа по приемке вновь построенных, реконструируемых и передаваемых в эксплуатацию объектов; -подготовка мероприятий к ОЗП, разработка технических решений на ремонт ТС, котельных, выполнение расчетов, составление спецификаций по подобранному теплосетевому оборудованию; -участие в формировании информации для тарифов, бюджета, спецзаданий; -контроль технологических параметров на оборудовании тепловых сетей и котельных, проведение расчетов по ведению их режимов; -участие в разработке удельных норм энергоресурсов, программ эффективности работы оборудования; -взаимодействие с административными службами по вопросам имущества, предоставление информации по объектам имущества, описание технических характеристик, участие в комиссиях по обследованию выявления и передачи в эксплуатацию.

В Высшее профессиональное образование, специальность: Промышленная теплоэнергетика, опыт работы по должности не менее 3 -х лет
