Обеспечивать государственную регистрацию актов гражданского состояния в точном соответствии с действующим законодательством, как в интересах государственных и общественных, так и с целью охраны личностных и имущественных прав граждан. Производить государственную регистрацию рождений, заключений брака, расторжения брака, усыновления, установления отцовства, перемены имени. В соответствии с поручением начальника отдела предоставлять сведения о государственной регистрации всех видов актов гражданского состояния, содержащиеся в ЕГР ЗАГС, в органы, уполномоченные на получение информации согласно Федеральному закону "Об актах гражданского состояния". Готовить проекты ответов на обращения органов государственной власти, органов местного самоуправления, граждан, иных органов и должностных лиц. Участвовать в мероприятиях, направленных на пропаганду семейных ценностей и поддержку семьи. Соблюдать правила внутреннего трудового распорядка, правила работы со служебной информацией.

Высшее образование (предпочтительно "юриспруденция", "социальная работа"). Знание законодательства о местном самоуправлении, знание законодательства по компетенции. Замещение должности из кадрового резерва города Владивостока. Конкурсное замещение должности. Сведения о конкурсах размещаются на официальном сайте администрации города Владивостока.

В качестве выходных дней предоставляются суббота и воскресенье. Конкурсное замещение. Замещение из кадрового резерва. Информация о конкурсе на официальном сайте администрации города Владивостока. Прохождение муниципальной службы по вкдущей должности муниципальной службы. На лицо, замещающее данную должность, возлагаются ограничения и запреты, установленные для муниципальных служащих.
