The posting

Матрос 1 класса подчиняется старшему матросу и в необходимых случаях замещает его. Матрос 1 класса обязан: знать общие сведения по судовождению, раскраску и внешние признаки средств навигационного ограждения, основные положения правил предупреждения столкновений судов в море; нести ходовую вахту на руле, управлять рулевым устройством по магнитному компасу и гирокомпасу, уметь переходить с автоматического управления рулем на ручное и обратно; управлять грузовыми, якорными, швартовными и другими палубными устройствами и механизмами; уметь передавать и принимать сообщения световой и флажной сигнализации; знать расположение грузовых помещений на судне, цистерн пресной воды, их горловин, мерительных и воздушных труб, а на наливных судах, кроме того, - расположение грузовых и зачистных систем и уметь манипулировать основными приводами клапанов (клинкетов); выполнять малярные, такелажные и другие судовые работы по уходу за корпусом, рангоутом и такелажем, включая работы на высоте и за бортом судна; уметь управлять судовыми спасательными средствами на веслах и под парусом (мотором), проводить разбивку лотлиней и измерять глубину ручным лотом. Наиболее опытный матрос 1 класса назначается старшим рулевым и обеспечивает чистоту и порядок в штурманской рубке, надлежащее хранение и содержание сигнальных флагов и знаков, ручных лотов и другого штурманского имущества.

Некоторые требования к кандидату на должность матроса 1-го класса: Образование профессиональное обучение или среднее профессиональное образование. Прохождение обязательных предварительных и периодических медицинских осмотров . Наличие квалификационных документов . Прохождение обучения по охране труда и проверки знания требований охраны труда. Годность по состоянию здоровья к работе на судах. Прохождение обучения мерам пожарной безопасности. Знание английского языка для экипажей морских судов.
