The posting

1) осуществление постоянного контроля сохранности, надлежащего состояния конструктивных элементов и инженерных систем гражданских зданий, благоприятных и безопасных условий пребывания граждан. 2) организация технического обслуживания инженерно-технических систем и конструктивных элементов зданий, проведение подготовки зданий к сезонной эксплуатации. 3) мониторинг состояния инженерно-технических систем и конструкцивных элементов зданий. 4) разработка и корректировка технической документации по эксплуатации инженерно-технических систем и конструктивных элементов зданий. 5) взаимодействие с органами государственного надзора и контроля. 6) УМЕНИЕ: разрабатывать сметные расчеты в соответствии со сметными нормативами; комплектовать и оформлять сметную документацию в соответствии с методическими документами; формировать, вести и применять базы данных на основе электронных таблиц, проводить простейшую статистическую обработку данных. 7) контроль хода выполнения планов строительства и ремонта, соответствие объемов, сроков и качества строительно-монтажных и ремонтных работ, а также качества применяемых материалов, изделий, конструкций утвержденной проектно-сметной документации, рабочим чертежам, строительным нормам и правилам, стандартам, техническим условиям, нормам охраны труда.

необходимо знать: - нормативные правовые акты, нормативно-технические документы, регламентирующие планирование и проведение работ по эксплуатации гражданских зданий; - требования законодательства РФ и нормативно-правовых актов, методических документов к классификации затрат, включаемых в себестоимость строительно-монтажных работ; - требование локальных нормативных актов и методических документов к составлению, оформлению и сдаче учетной документации по выполненным строительным работам; - порядок и особенности подготовки локальных сметных расчетов, объектных сметных расчетов, сводных сметных расчетов, расчетов на отдельные виды работ и затрат; - технологии и организацию работ по эксплуатации и обслуживанию инженерных систем гражданских зданий.
