The posting

1. Подготавливать исходные данные для составления проектов планов и иных документов финансовой-хозяйственно деятельности учреждения. 2. Составлять отчетную документацию. 3. Вносить необходимую информацию в автоматизированные информационные системы по направлению своей деятельности. 4. Составлять штатное расписание в соответствии с утвержденной структурой учреждения, должностными окладами, фондом заработной платы и действующими нормативами, вносить в них изменения. 5. Осуществлять контроль за соблюдением штатной дисциплины, расходованием фонда заработной платы. 6. Вести учет показателей по труду и заработной плате, анализировать их и составлять установленную отчетность. 7. Осуществлять по направлениям своей деятельности подготовку, оформление и передачу первичных бухгалтерских, финансовых и иных документов, а также иной информации, необходимой для ведения бухгалтерского и налогового учета, в соответствии с установленными порядком и сроками. 8. Осуществлять предварительный сбор данных о потребностях, ценах на товары, работы, услуги: обрабатывать и анализировать информацию о ценах на товары, работы, услуги. 9. Подготавливать закупочную документацию. 10. Формировать начальную (максимальную) цену закупки. 11. Осуществлять проверку необходимой документации для проведения закупочной процедуры. 12. Организовывать осуществление оплаты поставленного товара, выполненной работы (ее результатов), оказанной услуги, а также отдельных этапов исполнения контракта. 13.Организовывать возврат денежных средств, внесенных в качестве обеспечения исполнения заявок или обеспечения исполнения контрактов. 14. Размещать информацию об исполнении контракта в единой информационной системе в сфере закупок. 15. Составлять планы-графики закупок, обосновывать закупки и осуществлять подготовку изменений для внесения в план-график закупок. 16. Обеспечивать подготовку обоснования закупки при формировании плана-графика закупок. 17. Размещать план-график и его изменения в единой информационной системе в сфере закупок.

Опыт работы в программе 1С. АЦК Финансы, АЦК Планирование, сайт www.bus.gov.ru, сайт ЕИС в сфере закупок

Обед с 13:00 до 14:00. Ежегодный оплачиваемый отпуск 36 календарных дней.
