The posting

1. По поручению руководителя ВС МТУ Росавиации и начальника ОИБП ВС МТУ Росавиации информировать в установленном порядке другие заинтересо-ванные ведомства об авиационных событиях; 2. Проводить мониторинг состояния организаций гражданской авиации, воздушных судов и экипажей в аэропортах федерального значения, расположенных на территории деятельности ВС МТУ Росавиации; 3. Осуществлять сбор и обработку данных по изменению времени отправления и прибытия рейсов, предоставлять сводный отчет по задержкам рейсов еженедельно (в понедельник) и ежемесячно (с 1 по 3 число каждого месяца) с представлением начальнику ОИБП ВС МТУ Росавиации; 4. На основе сбора оперативных данных ежедневно сообщать начальнику ОИБП ВС МТУ Росавиации о состоянии безопасности полетов на территории деятельности ВС МТУ Росавиации за прошедший день; 5. На плановой основе выполнять работу структурного подразделения в соответствии с полномочиями ОИБП ВС МТУ Росавиации;

Знание: 1. Федерального закона от 19 марта 1997 года № 60-ФЗ Воздушный кодекс Российской Федерации; 2. Федерального закона от 27 июля 2004 года № 79-ФЗ О государственной гражданской службе Российской Федерации (далее - Федеральный закон о государственной службе); 3. приказа Министерства транспорта Российской Федерации от 19 ноября 2020 года № 494 Об утверждении Федеральных авиационных правил Требования к юридическим лицам, индивидуальным предпринимателям, выполняющим авиационные работы, включенные в перечень авиационных работ, предусматривающих получение документа, подтверждающего соответствие требованиям федеральных авиационных правил юридического лица, индивидуального предпринимателя. Форма и порядок выдачи документа (сертификата эксплуатанта), подтверждающего соответствие юридического лица, индивидуального предпринимателя требованиям федеральных авиационных правил. Порядок приостановления действия, введения ограничений в действие и аннулирования сертификата эксплуатанта; 4. приказа Министерства транспорта Российской Федерации от 15 января 2026 года № 15 Об утверждении Табеля сообщений о движении воздушных судов в Российской Федерации;
