Специалист 1 категории сектора исполняет обязанности в соответствии со статьей 15 Федерального закона "О государственной гражданской службе Российской Федерации", в том числе обязан: 3.1. Качественно и в срок выполнять поручения начальника сектора. 3.2. Осуществлять: - координацию информационного сопровождения реализации государственной политики Омской области в сфере ЦУР посредством интернет-портала Омской области; - мониторинг изменения тарифов (цен) на услуги организаций коммунального комплекса и нормативов коммунальных услуг для населения; - рассмотрение в установленном порядке писем и обращений граждан и организаций по вопросам, относящимся к компетенции сектора; - разработку проектов правовых актов по вопросам, отнесенным к компетенции отдела. 3.3. Принимает участие: - в организации и проведении на территории Омской области мероприятий, посвященных устойчивому развитию (мероприятия с участием представителей субъектов Российской Федерации и зарубежных стран, конкурсы молодежных и детских проектов и творческих работ, бизнес-проектов в области устойчивого развития); - в подготовке необходимой справочной и аналитической информации по вопросам, относящимся к компетенции отдела. 3.4. Соблюдает установленные в Министерстве правила служебного распорядка, противопожарной безопасности, правила и нормы охраны труда, порядок работы со служебной информацией, принимает меры по сохранению вверенного имущества Министерства; 3.5. Осуществляет качественное и своевременное исполнение поручений; 3.6. Принимает меры по предотвращению или урегулированию конфликта интересов; 3.7. Уведомляет представителя нанимателя (работодателя), органы прокуратуры или другие государственные органы обо всех случаях обращения к нему каких-либо лиц в целях склонения его к совершению коррупционных правонарушений; 3.8. Соблюдает требования законодательства о неразглашении сведений, составляющих государственную и иную охраняемую федеральным законом тайну, и служебной информации; 3.9. Исполняет иные обязанности, связанные со своей компетенцией и предусмотренные федеральным и областным законодательством о государственной гражданской службе.
