1. Проведение правового анализа заключаемых Обществом хозяйственных договоров, в том числе, подготовка договоров, протоколов разногласий, протоколов согласования, замечаний, заключений. 2. Проведение переговоров с контрагентами по заключаемым договорам, согласование их условий с контрагентами. 3. Разработка и юридическая экспертиза проектов договоров и соглашений (договоры поставки, купли-продажи, договоры аренды -ранспортных средств, оборудования и сельхозтехники, договоры займа, оказание услуг, подряда и др.), подготовка письменных правовых заключений по ним. 4. Разработка шаблонов /типовых форм договоров (поставки, купли-продажи договора подряда, смешанного типа и др.), уникальных нетиповых) форм договоров под конкретные проекты компании. 5. Составление сопроводительных писем, мотивированных отказов, деловых писем по исполнению договоров и реализации проектов заказчиками и контрагентами. 6. Составление правовых документов, жалоб, претензий, ходатайств, подготовка заключений по правовым вопросам. 7. Участие в предпретензионной, претензионной и судебной работе по заключенным договорам. 8. Представление интересов организации при проверках, проводимых государственными контрольно-надзорными органами.
