3.2.1. Разработка и контроль СЗИ: Разработка и актуализация документов по защите информации (в т.ч. ПДн и служебной тайны).Анализ и совершенствование методов и средств защиты. Контроль соблюдения требований по защите информации. Обследование, категорирование и аттестация объектов защиты. Участие в антикоррупционных мероприятиях (в части защиты конфиденциальной информации). 3.2.2. Организация защиты ПДн и конфиденциальной информации: Обработка ПДн по 152-ФЗ. Обеспечение работы ЕГИССО, АИС ОРСРН РО, ИСПДн СМЭВ . Предотвращение НСД (разграничение прав, СКЗИ, ЭП). Мониторинг каналов утечки информации. Регистрация пользователей, управление доступом (пароли, полномочия). Резервное копирование и восстановление данных. Контроль списания и уничтожения носителей с актами. 3.2.3. Техническое обеспечение ИБ и администрирование: Бесперебойная работа, техзащита и антивирусная защита оборудования и сетей. Восстановление систем после сбоев. Контроль монтажа оборудования сторонними организациями. Определение потребности в средствах защиты, заявки на закупку. Администрирование сетевых ресурсов (доступ к ЛВС/Интернет). Расчеты и предложения по закупке оборудования, ПО, услуг. 3.2.4. Документооборот, архивы и обучение: ЭДО в СЭДД Дело (в части защиты информации). Хранение, учет и сдача в архив документов по защите информации. Инструктажи и обучение сотрудников по ИБ и конфиденциальности. Консультативная и методическая помощь. Подготовка отчетов, материалов, служебных записок. 3.2.5 3.2.6. Иные обязанности: Участие в нормотворческой деятельности (проекты документов, поправки, согласование). Подготовка ответов на запросы госорганов и ОМСУ. .

2.1.1. Муниципальный служащий, замещающий должность специалиста 1 категории, должен иметь высшее образование или среднее профессиональное образование по специальности, направлению подготовки: Информационная безопасность, Информационная безопасность телекоммуникационных систем, Информационно-аналитические системы безопасности, Безопасность информационных технологий в правоохранительной сфере . 2.1.2. Для замещения должности специалиста 1 категории не установлено требований к стажу муниципальной службы или стажу работы по специальности, направлению подготовки.
