The posting

1. Информационно-методическая поддержка продвижения чтения в молодежной среде. 2. Внедрение цифровых технологий в библиотечно-информационное обслуживание юношества и молодежи. 3. Экологическое воспитание юношества и молодежи. 4. Популяризация научных знаний. 5. Проводит изучение и участвует в подготовке анализа состояния организации библиотечно-библиографического и информационного обслуживания юношества и молодежи в Донецкой Народной Республике. 6. Участвует в разработке перспективных и текущих планов отдела, вносит предложения в план работы ДРБМ. 7. Изучает инновационный библиотечный опыт по своим направлениям работы, способствует его адаптации и внедрению в практику работы библиотек Донецкой Народной Республики, обслуживающих юношество и молодежь. 8. Осуществляет информирование библиотечных работников о профессиональных инновациях, мероприятиях, ресурсах, изданиях и др. 9. Разрабатывает и готовит к выпуску методические и информационные издания по своим направлениям работы. 10. Участвует в подготовке и проведении методических мероприятий для библиотекарей Донецкой Народной Республики. 11. Предоставляет пользователям ДРБМ документы из фонда отдела согласно их запросам. 12. Ведет подсчет работы отдела. 13. Внедряет в свою работу новые информационные технологии.

Должен знать: 1. Действующее законодательство в области культуры и библиотечного дела. 2. Теорию и практику библиотечного и информационного дела, тенденции их развития, отечественные и зарубежные достижения в области библиотечного дела. 3. Организацию труда и технологию библиотечно-библиографических процессов. 4. Теоретические и практические методы обработки информации с использованием современных технологий; стандарты и нормы, относящиеся к библиотечному делу. 5. Правила эксплуатации персональных компьютеров, офисные и специализированные библиотечные программы, программное обеспечение отдела. 6. Порядок составления и согласования текущих и перспективных планов (проектов, программ) отдела. 7. Основы трудового законодательства, правила внутреннего трудового распорядка. 8. Правила и нормы безопасности труда, производственной санитарии и противопожарной защиты.
