Участие в осуществлении деятельности органов опеки и попечительства в отношении совершеннолетних недееспособных или не полностью дееспособных граждан. Вносить в установленном порядке сведения о совершеннолетнем недееспособном или не полностью дееспособном гражданине в журнал первичного учета граждан, нуждающихся в установлении над ними опеки или попечительства, вести их учет в соответствии с действующим законодательством; Обращаться в суд с заявлением о признании гражданина недееспособным или об ограничении его дееспособности, а также о признании гражданина дееспособным, если отпали основания, в силу которых гражданин был признан недееспособным или был ограничен в дееспособности; Принимать участие в уголовном деле и (или) судебном разбирательстве в качестве законного представителя лица, в отношении которого ведется производство о применении принудительной меры медицинского характера; Представлять законные интересы недееспособных граждан, находящихся под опекой или попечительством, в отношениях с любыми лицами (в том числе в судах), если действия опекунов или попечителей по представлению законных интересов подопечных противоречат законодательству Российской Федерации и (или) законодательству субъектов Российской Федерации или интересам подопечных либо если опекуны или попечители не осуществляют защиту законных интересов подопечных; Давать разъяснения по вопросам, отнесенным к компетенции органа опеки и попечительства, рассматривать обращения, заявления и жалобы граждан по указанным вопросам и принимать по ним необходимые меры; Осуществлять надзор за деятельностью опекунов и попечителей, деятельностью организаций, в которые помещены недееспособные или не полностью дееспособные граждане; Готовить акты по вопросам, возникающим в связи с установлением, освобождением и отстранением в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации опекунов и попечителей от исполнения ими своих обязанностей; Формировать и вести личные дела совершеннолетних граждан, признанных судом недееспособными, либо ограничено дееспособными, обеспечивая конфиденциальность при их хранении; Исполнять другие должностные обязанности.

Трудоустройство на 0,75 ставки. Должность ведущего специалиста отдела опеки и попечительства является должностью муниципальной службы.
