The posting

Совместно с руководителями проводит комплектование образовательных учреждений и учреждений дополнительного образования. Проводит тарификацию педагогических работников МОУ и УДО. Составляет штатные расписания МОУ и УДО. Осуществляет исчисление фондов оплаты труда по тарификациям и штатным расписаниям, расчет фонда доплат и надбавок подведомственных учреждений, доводит итоги расчетов до подведомственных учреждений. Ведет контроль за положением дел с выплатой заработной платы работникам, не допуская перерасхода доведенного фонда оплаты труда и образования задолженности по выплате заработной платы. Готовит проекты приказов по вопросам штатной дисциплины МОУ и УДО. Принимает участие в оформлении приложений к заявкам в бюджет. Составляет индивидуальные годовые ПФД по утвержденному бюджету на содержание МОУ и УДО, доводит лимиты до подведомственных учреждений. Доводит до сведения руководителей МОУ остатки ассигнований по видам расходов и целевым статьям (по запросу руководителей МОУ). При необходимости совместно с руководителем отдела проводит расчеты для внесения изменений в лимиты бюджетных обязательств, готовит письма в вышестоящую организацию. Осуществляет работу в системах АЦК-Планирование и АЦК-Финансы в соответствие с порядком и согласно регламенту работы в системах. Передает оперативную информацию по запрашиваемым вопросам финансово-хозяйственной деятельности учреждений в вышестоящие органы. Составляет и представляет в установленные сроки в различные инстанции статистические отчеты.
