- осуществление в программном продукте Автоматизированная система бюджетного учета Смета проведения операций по начислению заработной платы, пособий по временной нетрудоспособности, отпусков, компенсаций, в том числе при увольнении, поощрений и иных выплат за счет фонда оплаты труда; - составление (оформление), принятие к учету первичных учетных документов по начислению оплаты труда, другим выплатам, удержаниям в бумажной и электронной форме; - осуществление формирования данных, необходимых для назначения и выплаты пособий; - осуществление проведения операций по начислениям вознаграждений по договорам гражданско-правового характера; - формирование заявок на кассовый расход, связанный с расходами по выплате заработной платы и удержанию из заработной платы, осуществление экспорта из программного продукта Автоматизированная система бюджетного учета Смета в автоматизированную систему Удаленное рабочее место; - формирование реестров на перечисление заработной платы и иных выплат в кредитные организации и платежных ведомостей для выдачи заработной платы; - осуществление расчета по удержанию из заработной платы на основании соответствующих документов, начисления страховых взносов в территориальные органы Социального фонда России, обеспечивать печать платежных поручений для перечисления произведенных удержаний из заработной платы и отчислений; - осуществление ведения учета карточек-справок по учету заработной платы, обеспечивать их сохранность в соответствии со сроками хранения; - осуществление составления и предоставление следующей отчетности посредством системы электронной отчетности Контур-Экстерн: в налоговые органы форма РСВ (Расчет по страховым взносам) (квартальная, годовая), уведомления об исчисленных налогах (ЕПН) ежемесячно, 6-НДФЛ (квартальная, годовая) Расчет сумм налога на доходы физических лиц, начисленных и удержанных налоговым агентом, сведения о среднесписочной численности за предшествующий год; во внебюджетные фонды форма ЕФС-1 (квартальная, годовая) Расчет по начисленным и уплаченным страховым взносам на обязательное социальное страхование от несчастных случаев на производстве и профессиональных заболеваний, а также по расходам на выплату страхового обеспечения; - осуществление составления и представления отчетности в территориальный орган Росстата в области по форме 1-Т (годовая) Сведения о численности и заработной плате сотрудников, 1-Т (ГМС) (квартальная) Сведения о численности и оплате труда работников государственных органов и органов местного самоуправления по категориям персонала, П-4 (месячная, квартальная) Сведения о численности и заработной плате работников; - формирование Журнала операций расчетов по оплате труда № 6, осуществление подборки и сброшуровывания первичных учетных документов, относящихся к указанному журналу операций по истечении каждого отчетного месяца.
