The posting

Осуществлять подготовку проектов договоров подряда с заказчиками и субподрядными организациями, проверку сметной документации на строительство объектов, расчет стоимости, учет выполненных работ и оформление актов сдачи. Участвовать в рассмотрении титульных списков и выполнять работы по подготовке подрядных договоров. Осуществлять проверку получаемой от заказчика сметной документации и подготовку заключений о ее качестве. Совместно с представителями субподрядных организаций согласовывать с проектной организацией и заказчиками сметы, калькуляции стоимости материалов, транспортные схемы и т.п. Рассчитывать стоимость выполненных работ и производить начисление необходимых затрат. Участвовать в контрольных обмерах выполненных работ, в разработке планово-расчетных цен на строительные материалы и конструкции, транспорт, коммунальное и другое обслуживание. Составлять сметы расходов по затратам, не предусмотренным единичными расценками и нормами накладных расходов, согласовывать их при необходимости с заказчиком. Анализ стоимости фактически выполненных работ в сопоставлении со сметными показателями. Участвовать в подготовке необходимой документации для рассмотрения исков в арбитражном суде, готовить материалы для рассмотрения спорных вопросов с подрядными организациями. Определять расчетную стоимость работ, материалов и затрат на проведение строительно-монтажных работ. Составлять отчет М-29, акты выполненных работ КС-2, КС-3,КС-6. Составлять калькуляции стоимости работ, услуг, материалов. Проверять представляемые в бухгалтерию документы для списания затрат по выполненным работам. Выполнять работы по формированию, ведению и хранению базы данных по содержанию и ремонту технических средств организации дорожного движения, вносить изменения в справочную и нормативную информацию, используемую при обработке данных.
