The posting

- контролирует озеленение и благоустройство территории района; - ведет учет объектов и источников негативного воздействия на окружающую среду; - предъявляет требования и выдает предписание юридическим и физическим лицам об устранении нарушений законодательства в области охраны среды и нарушений природоохранных требований, выявленных при осуществлении экологического надзора; - осуществляет контроль за соблюдением предприятиями и организациями района действующего природоохранного законодательства, инструкций, стандартов и нормативов по охране окружающей среды, способствует снижению вредного влияния производственных факторов на жизнь и здоровье работников; - разрабатывает проекты перспективных и текущих планов по охране окружающей среды, контролирует их выполнение; - участвует в проведении экологической экспертизы технико-экономических обоснований проектов расширения и реконструкции действующих предприятий, а также создаваемых новых технологий и оборудования, разработке мероприятий по внедрению новой техники; - оказывает методическую помощь муниципальным предприятиям по вопросам охраны окружающей среды; - проводит оценку влияния отходов на санитарное состояние территории; - контролирует эксплуатацию очистных и защитных сооружений; - разрабатывает и обеспечивает выполнение мероприятий по предотвращению загрязнения окружающей среды, соблюдение экологических норм, обеспечение благоприятных условий труда, а также предотвращению аварий и катастроф.

Тренбования к знаниям: - природоохранного законодательства - нормативных и методических материалов по охране окружающей среды и рациональному использованию природных ресурсов; - систему экологической сертификации; - систему экологических стандартов и нормативов; - методы экологического мониторинга. Требования к умениям: Оформлять отчетность по установленным формам. Разрабатывать проекты санитарно-защитных зон. Использовать текстовые редакторы для создания и оформления документации в области охраны окружающей среды. Применять в работе программные комплексы в области экологии. Оформлять в письменном виде возражения в отношении актов проверки и (или) выданного предписания об устранении выявленных в нарушений.
