Чем предстоит заниматься: Управление проектами внедрения: Перевод концепций и намеченных планов развития в реальные ИТ-решения; управление сроками, бюджетами и проектными рисками. Управление и масштабирование команды: Распределение задач, контроль KPI. Контроль архитектуры и интеграций: Развитие и оптимизация сложных интеграционных потоков. Управление собственными планами обмена (в т. ч. между БУХ и ERP) при вводе в эксплуатацию новых функциональных блоков. Сопровождение бесшовной экосистемы: Обеспечение стабильной работы и развития комплекса взаимосвязанных систем: 1С:ERP, БУХ, ЗУП, ДО, PM, Appius-PLM и LIMS . Управление поддержкой: Организация прозрачного учета обращений пользователей.

Опыт работы Руководителем проектов 1С / Руководителем отдела 1С на производственном предприятии от 3 лет. Глубокое понимание КОРП-линейки 1С: Практический опыт работы с комплексными ландшафтами (ERP, ДО, ЗУП, БУХ). Понимание интеграционных механизмов: Понимание принципов построения обменов данными (опыт работы с нетиповыми и кастомными планами обмена будет критичным преимуществом). Знание производственной специфики: Понимание процессов дискретного или непрерывного производства, диспетчеризации, управления качеством (в связке с LIMS) и жизненным циклом изделия (PLM). Опыт управления как штатной командой, так и внешними подрядчиками / фрилансерами. Архитектурный контроль: Контроль общего ИТ-ландшафта (включая связанные модули PM, Appius-PLM, LIMS) для обеспечения стабильности всей экосистемы.
