Самостоятельная настройка объектов конфигурации 1С (ЗУП, ERP): виды документов, печатные формы, роли пользователей, профили доступа, настройки электронной подписи Написание технических заданий (ТЗ) разработчикам на доработку нетипового функционала, если штатные средства 1С не покрывают специфику ГБУ Первичная линия анализа инцидентов: локализация проблемы, определение зоны ответственности (ошибка пользователя, сбой настроек, баг типовой конфигурации или проблема инфраструктуры). Постановка задач во внутреннюю линию разработки или внешним подрядчикам техподдержки, контроль их исполнения и приемка результата. Проверка обновлений типовых конфигураций 1С на предмет влияния на настроенный контур КЭДО Проведение обучения конечных пользователей (сотрудников отделов кадров, расчетчиков, руководителей) и написание инструкций, а также написаний инструкций пользования для сотрудников Выполнять базовую настройку 1С: создавать маршруты подписания документов, настраивать права доступа согласно ролевой модели ГБУ, конфигурировать использование УКЭП, НЭП (Госключ) и ПЭП

Экспертное знание конфигураций 1С:Зарплата и кадры государственного учреждения (редакция 3.1) Наличие сертификатов 1С уровня специалист. Опыт обновления конфигураций 1С. Опыт работы с Linux/PG, командной панелью. Опыт работы с КОРП функциональностью платформы. Знания ТК РФ в части кадрового ЭДО (ст. 22.1 22.3 ТК РФ), ФЗ № 63 Об электронной подписи, закона о персональных данных (152-ФЗ) Инструментарий: Уверенное владение Конфигуратором 1С (без глубокой разработки, но для отладки, просмотра регистров и изменения прав), понимание клиент-серверной архитектуры
