Эксплуатация платформы 1С: (Администрирование кластера серверов 1С: настройка, мониторинг, тюнинг производительности. Обновление платформы и конфигураций (типовых и нетиповых): планирование, тестирование, откат. Контроль работоспособности ИС: мониторинг, устранение сбоев, восстановление после инцидентов. Управление лицензиями 1С: учёт, распределение, оптимизация затрат); Базы данных и производительность: (Диагностика и устранение блокировок в БД (MS SQL / PostgreSQL). Анализ и оптимизация запросов, индексов, планов выполнения. Траблшутинг проблем быстродействия: логирование, профилирование, технический аудит. Контроль резервного копирования и тестирование восстановления данных); Интеграции и обмены данными: (Настройка и сопровождение синхронизации между системами на 1С. Интеграция с внешними ИС: API, HTTP-сервисы, веб-сервисы, COM-соединения. Мониторинг ошибок обменов, анализ логов, устранение сбоев интеграции); Техническая поддержка и инциденты: (Экспертная поддержка 2-й линии: разбор сложных инцидентов, эскалация от 1-й линии. Работа в тикет-системе (1С:Итилиум): контроль SLA, приоритизация, закрытие критических обращений. Ведение технической базы знаний: статьи, решения, известные ошибки); Безопасность и доступы: (Администрирование прав доступа: роли, профили групп, RLS. Аудит действий пользователей: логирование, анализ подозрительной активности. Соответствие требованиям ИБ: политики паролей, блокировки, сегментация доступа); Участие в проектах: (Техническая экспертиза при внедрении новых модулей 1С. Оценка трудозатрат на доработки, архитектурный контроль решений. Приёмка функционала в эксплуатацию: чек-листы, тест-кейсы, документация); Договорная работа и документация: (Ведение договоров на сопровождение. Техническая экспертиза условий договоров: оценка рисков, соответствие архитектуры требованиям заказчика. Контроль исполнения договорных обязательств подрядчиками: отчётность, актация, претензионная работа. Участие в подготовке доп. соглашений: расширение функционала, изменение объёмов поддержки, индексация. Ведение реестра договоров, контроль дат продления и бюджетных лимитов).

Высшее техническое образование по направлениям информационных систем и технологий; Опыт от 2 лет практической работы в экосистеме 1С: Предприятие 8.3 (разработка, администрирование, поддержка); Опыт эксплуатации высоконагруженных ИС на 1С (от 100 пользователей, отказоустойчивая архитектура); Успешный опыт сопровождения типовых конфигураций: 1С:ERP, ЗУП, Бухгалтерия; Опыт построения архитектуры платформы 1С: кластер серверов, рабочие процессы, блокировки; Опыт работы с СУБД: MS SQL / PostgreSQL (диагностика, оптимизация запросов, индексы); Знание интеграции: HTTP/REST, веб-сервисы, XML/JSON, стандартные обмены данными; Опыт мониторинга и диагностики: Zabbix; Опыт работы по ITIL/ITSM: инциденты, изменения, релизы; Работа с тикет-системами (1С:Итилиум); Опыт управления подрядчиками: ТЗ, приемка, контроль SLA/KPI; Навыки ведение договоров на сопровождение: спецификации, актация, контроль обязательств.
