1. Выполнять указания начальника отдела поверки средств измерений, касающиеся обязанностей инженера по метрологии, предусмотренных должностной инструкцией.2. Осуществлять поверку и калибровку средств измерений.3. Принимать участие в работах по внедрению методик поверки новых типов средств измерений.4. Участвовать в аттестации испытательного оборудования, эталонов.5. Участвовать в проведении испытаний СИ в целях утверждения типа.6. Оказывать консультативную помощь по методам и СИ.7. Составлять и соблюдать выполнение графиков поверки СИ, принадлежащих отделу.8. Участвовать во внедрении национальных стандартов и других нормативных документов государственной системы обеспечения единства измерений.9. Составлять локальные поверочные схемы по видам измерений.10. Принимать участие в разработке и аттестации методик выполнения измерений.11. Участвовать в подготовке проектов внедрения новой измерительной техники, средств и методов измерений.12. Принимать участие в работах по техническому обслуживанию изделий медицинской техники.13. Систематически повышать свой профессиональный уровень.14. Обеспечить мониторинг и функционирование системы менеджмента качества в пределах своих обязанностей и полномочий, установленных в матрице распределения ответственности в рамках СМК по действующим процессам.15. Обеспечить сохранность сведений, ставших известными в связи с исполнением служебных обязанностей и составляющих охраняемую законом тайну (государственную, служебную, коммерческую и иную), а также затрагивающую частную жизнь, честь и достоинство работников и иных граждан, кроме вопросов, связанных с безопасностью продукции и нанесения ущерба государству.16. Выполнять требования охраны труда, противопожарной безопасности и производственной санитарии.17. Соблюдать правила внутреннего трудового распорядка.

1. Должность инженера по метрологии 1 категории укомплектовывается специалистом с высшим профессиональным (техническим) образованием, стажем работы в должности инженера по метрологии 2 категории не менее трех лет, прошедшим аттестацию на соответствие занимаемой должности в установленном порядке. 2. Инженер по метрологии 1 категории должен знать: положения федеральных законов от 26.06.2008 № 102-ФЗ Об обеспечении единства измерений, от 27.12.2002 № 184-ФЗ О техническом регулировании и основополагающих документов ГСИ, относящихся к поверочной деятельности; нормативные и технические документы на методы и средства поверки СИ; передовой отечественный и зарубежный опыт в области поверки СИ; цели и задачи, стоящие перед ФБУ Томский ЦСМ; структуру управления ФБУ Томский ЦСМ; требования Руководства по качеству ФБУ Томский ЦСМ; локальные нормативные документы, регламентирующие процесс поверки СИ в ФБУ Томский ЦСМ; требования документации системы менеджмента качества (СМК) учреждения, регламентирующей его деятельность; правила по охране труда, производственной санитарии и пожарной безопасности, действующие в учреждении; правила внутреннего трудового распорядка ФБУ Томский ЦСМ .3. Инженер по метрологии 1 категории должен самостоятельно работать персональном компьютере на основе уверенного знания программ: АИС Метрконтроль; АИСД Государственный реестр средств измерений .
