Архивист обязан: 2.1. Принимать, регистрировать и учитывать документы, поступающие на архивное хранение от структурных подразделений, в том числе проверять правильность оформления дел и соответствие номенклатуре дел.2.2. Систематизировать и классифицировать документы, формировать единицы хранения, присваивать архивные шифры, вести учётные базы и реестры.2.3. Обеспечивать сохранность документов: соблюдать нормативные режимы хранения (температурно‑влажностный режим, освещение, защита от пыли, вредителей и огня), контролировать физическое состояние дел, фиксировать повреждения, инициировать реставрационные/консервационные мероприятия.2.4. Вести справочно‑поисковый аппарат архива: составлять описи, каталоги, путеводители, внутренние указатели, актуализировать номенклатуру дел.2.5. Проводить экспертизу ценности документов в составе комиссии или по регламенту организации: определять сроки хранения, готовить акты на уничтожение документов с истёкшими сроками, акты передачи на государственное хранение.2.6. Организовывать выдачу документов и копий по запросам (внутренним и внешним), вести учёт выдачи/возврата, контролировать соблюдение правил обращения с документами, в том числе с конфиденциальными и содержащими персональные данные.2.7. Подготавливать архивные справки, выписки и копии по установленным формам, проверять достоверность сведений, указывать источники.2.8. Участвовать в инвентаризации архивных фондов, сверках наличия, паспортизации архива.2.9. При работе с электронным архивом: загружать и верифицировать электронные документы, контролировать целостность файлов, поддерживать метаданные, участвовать в настройке и сопровождении систем хранения и поиска.2.10. Консультировать сотрудников организации по вопросам подготовки дел к передаче в архив, правилам оформления, срокам хранения и порядку уничтожения документов.2.11. Соблюдать требования охраны труда, пожарной безопасности и информационной безопасности в пределах своей компетенции.
