- Выполнение перечня работ и услуг для диагностики заболевания, оценки состояния больного и клинической ситуации в соответствии со стандартом медицинской помощи по профилю онкология . - Выполнение перечня работ и услуг для лечения заболевания, состояния, клинической ситуации в соответствии со стандартом медицинской помощи. - Обоснование клинического диагноза, интерпретируя данные специальных методов исследования (лабораторных, рентгенологических, радиоизотопных). - Обоснование плана и тактики лечения больных в соответствии с существующими стандартами оказания онкологической помощи населению Российской Федерации. - При необходимости обоснование показаний к госпитализации, организация ее в соответствии с состоянием больного. - Определение показаний и противопоказаний к операции, химиотерапии, лучевому и медикаментозному лечению; проведение необходимых реабилитационных мероприятий; осуществление диспансерного наблюдения после проведенного противоопухолевого лечения. - Проведение процедуры химиотерапии на разных стадиях онкологического заболевания: на начальной стадии (предоперационную) (неоадъювантную) и послеоперационную (адъювантную) терапию, также на более поздних стадиях, когда оперативное вмешательство по каким-то причинам уже невозможно. - Участие в проведении паллиативной помощи инкурабельным онкологическим больным. - Ведение диспансерного учета, проведение диспансерного наблюдения и санитарно-просветительной работы с целью профилактики онкологических заболеваний среди населения. - Проведение экспертизы временной нетрудоспособности пациентов с онкологическими заболеваниями, выдача листков нетрудоспособности - Ведение медицинской документации, в том числе в форме электронных документов. - Оформление необходимой медицинской документации, предусмотренной законодательством в сфере охраны здоровья граждан. - Контроль выполнения должностных обязанностей находящимися в распоряжении медицинскими работниками. - Обеспечение внутреннего контроля качества и безопасности медицинской деятельности. - Анализ статистических показателей своей работы. - Оценка состояния, требующего оказания медицинской помощи в экстренной форме. - Распознавание состояний, представляющих угрозу жизни, включая состояние клинической смерти. - Оказание медицинской помощи в экстренной форме при состояниях, представляющих угрозу жизни, в том числе клинической смерти (остановка жизненно важных функций организма человека - кровообращения и (или) дыхания). - Применение лекарственных препаратов и медицинских изделий при оказании медицинской помощи в экстренной форме.
