Обязанности: 1 .Производить обработку первичных учетных документов: табеля учета рабочего времени, листков нетрудоспособности, ведомостей на выплату премиальных, приказов генерального директора и т.д; 2. Запрашивать при необходимости и принимать от сотрудников предприятия первичную учетную документацию: справки с последнего места работы, справки о доходе, справки и другие документы, подтверждающие родство, и т д; 3. Принимать поступающие от служб и отделов учетные и отчетные документы, проверяет полноту представленных в них данных, расчетов, их соответствие действующим положениям по оплате труда; 4. Осуществлять начисление в установленном порядке всех видов заработной платы, пособий по временной нетрудоспособности, премий и других выплат, предусмотренных действующим законодательством и коллективным договором; 5. Подбирать материал для подготовки и изготовления различных справок для сотрудников предприятия по запросу самого сотрудника 6. Готовить оперативную информацию по вверенному участку по запросам главного бухгалтера, руководителя отдела 7. Производить подготовку документации к архивированию И т.д. Требования: Опыт работы в 1С:ERP (1С:ЗУП) Образование: Высшее Опыт работы не менее 3-х лет. Условия: Официальное трудоустройство с первого дня работы; График работы 5/2 Доставка до работы и обратно на комфортабельных автобусах во все районы города (11 маршрутов по г. Казани и Лаишевскому району); Подарки детям сотрудников к Новому году, первоклассникам, билеты на новогодние представления; Доплата за выслугу лет с индексацией; ДМС; Выплаты предусмотренные коллективным договором.
