Поддержка 1С:ЗУП (HR и Охрана труда), 1С:Axelot (WMS), 1С:Экология и интеграции со смежными системами, а именно участие в проектах импортозамещения, миграции, интеграции в роли координатора (или руководителя проекта), обработка инцидентов и запросов на изменения, включая: Выявление потребностей и консультирование; Описание бизнес-процессов; Формулирование и анализ требований бизнеса; Оценка трудозатрат, взаимного влияния и сроков; Реализация изменений (настроек, разработок) и/или постановка задачи подрядчику и контроль выполнения; Внутреннее тестирование и отладка; Разработка проектной, технической и пользовательской документации; Организация тестирования ключевыми пользователями; Обучение пользователей; Проведение регулярных встреч с бизнесом и подрядчиками. Наставничество и развитие внутреннего специалиста 1С.

Подтвержденный опыт не менее 3-6 лет в проектах внедрения и интеграции продуктов 1С в роли старшего консультанта(-разработчика), включая опыт интеграции (в том числе, посредством интеграционной шины): 1C:ЗУП СБИС (для целей кадрового электронного документооборота) 1C:ЗУП AD (Active Directory) 1C:ЗУП СКУД 1C:ЗУП Битрикс (Органиграмма) 1C:ЗУП Мираполис 1С:Axelot SAP 1С:Axelot MES 1С прочие системы (не 1С) Знание: типовых конфигураций 1С (БП, ЗУП, ERP, WMS Axelot, Экология) на продвинутом уровне; принципов ведения разработок 1С и составления проектной документации; бухгалтерского и налогового учета; процессов управления складом (для WMS Axelot); методики учета персонала и начисления заработной платы; Владение Битрикс, MS Office, ITSM на профессиональном уровне; Как плюс: Знание методологии управления проектами по ГОСТ; Наличие подтверждающих сертификатов, в том числе, по разработке; Владение английским языком на уровне Intermediate и выше.
