- оказание методологической помощи и координация работ ведущих специалистов по сопровождению функций оплаты труда; - взаимодействует и консультирует сотрудников структурных подразделений по вопросам операционного сопровождения функций оплаты труда; - осуществляет контроль за своевременной и качественной подготовкой документов по операционному сопровождению функций оплаты труда; - осуществляет операционное сопровождение функций оплаты труда подразделений Компаний, входящих в периметр обслуживания ЦРП по следующим процессам: - планирование, контроль и анализ численности персонала, производительности труда, фонда заработной платы и выплат социального характера; - формирование и предоставление отчетности по персоналу; - оценка должностей, организация проведения оценочного комитета; - формирование штатного расписания на календарный год; - консолидация плановых квартальных и годовых показателей премирования. Подготовка к постановке квартальных и годовых показателей, определения перечня целевых значений показателей премирования; - консолидация отчетов о выполнении показателей премирования по квартальному и годовому премированию, включая отчет о выполнении мероприятий менеджмента в части расчетов по оплате труда; - разработка и актуализация организационных структур; - участие в разработке внутренних Положений структурных подразделений, регламентирующих оплату труда; - расчеты нормативной численности, участие в апробациях; - консультация работников по вопросам методологи организации труда и заработной платы.

Высшее профессиональное (экономическое или инженерно-экономическое) образование и стаж работы в области организации и оплаты труда не менее 3 лет.
