- обеспечивать работоспособность и надлежащее техническое состояние оборудования, сооружений, коммуникаций и других основных средств участка ГК, а также эффективное и рациональное использование средств, отпущенных на текущий и капитальный ремонт; - осуществлять руководство подчиненным ему персоналом, выдавать наряд задания ремонтному персоналу, проверять исполнение, вести учет сроков, контролировать качество выполняемых работ, проводить прием и сдачу смены в соответствии с требованиями нормативных документов; - производить разработку и ведение необходимой документации по вопросам организации эксплуатации оборудования и других основных средств, относящихся к участку, осуществлять правильность ведения технической документации при эксплуатации и ремонте оборудования; - обеспечивать безопасное проведение всех видов работ, допуск персонала строительно-монтажных и специализированных организаций к работе на участке; - руководить или участвовать в производстве переключений в основных технологических схемах котельных, а также в пусках и остановках котлоагрегатов, насосов и другого оборудования ГК; - систематически проводить обходы и осмотры всех видов технологического оборудования, осуществлять технический надзор за состоянием и ремонтом защитных устройств на механическом оборудовании, осмотр зданий и сооружений участка; - организовывать и контролировать выполнение огневых работ с выполнением необходимых мер безопасности и организационно-технических мероприятий, осуществлять контроль за проведением газоопасных работ.

На должность мастера 1 группы назначается лицо, имеющее высшее профессиональное (техническое) образование и стаж работы на производстве не менее 1 года, или среднее профессиональное (техническое) образование и стаж работы на производстве не менее 3-х лет.
