- осуществлять прием экстренных вызовов (сообщений о происшествиях); - использовать психологическое сопровождение позвонившего абонента; - оказывать справочно-консультативную помощь заявителям; - обрабатывать входящую информацию в соответствии с принятыми в системе - 112 стандартами, правилами и процедурами; - оповещать экстренные оперативные и аварийно-восстановительные службы, службы жизнеобеспечения населения и дежурно-диспетчерские службы о происшествии; - организовывать сбор и обработку оперативной информации о фактах или угрозе возникновения ЧС, АС, происшествий и ходе проведения их ликвидации; - осуществлять мониторинг реагирования экстренных оперативных и аварийно-восстановительных служб, служб жизнеобеспечения населения и ДДС на переданные сообщения; - обеспечивать ведение необходимой документации системы - 112

- работать с коммуникационным оборудованием, общесистемным и специальным программным обеспечением, в том числе с текстовыми редакторами, редакторами таблиц, геоинформационными системами мониторинга транспортных средств на основе ГЛОНАСС; - осуществлять эксплуатацию программных средств, информационных систем, используемых в деятельности ЕДДС (в том числе системой 112, АПК Безопасный город, АИУС РСЧС (ИС Атлас рисков и опасностей ), МКА ЖКХ, ИСДМ Рослесхоз И ДР); - четко говорить по радиостанции и телефону одновременно с работой за компьютером; - эффективно использовать информационные ресурсы для обеспечения выполнения задач, поставленных перед ЕДДС; - повышать уровень теоретической и практической подготовки; - сохранять конфиденциальную информацию, полученную в процессе выполнения своих обязанностей; - следить за сохранностью и правильной эксплуатацией оргтехники системы автоматизированного оповещения, средств связи и иного имущества, находящегося в помещение ЕДДС;
