- Прием СМС-сообщений, сообщений, поступивших от систем мониторинга, вызовов и сообщений, поступивших из центра ГНСС. - Регистрация факта передачи сообщения в ЭОС, АВС, и ЕДДС и др. с помощью аппаратно-программных средств. - Получение и регистрация данных с помощью аппаратно-программных средств от заявителя (о явных и потенциальных угрозах для жизни, здоровья и имущества заявителя, а также угрозы нарушения правопорядка). - Определение необходимости привлечения к реагированию на происшествие экстренных оперативных служб, аварийно-восстановительных служб, ЕДДС и др. - Определение необходимости оказания справочно-консультативной помощи заявителю. - Информирование служб о происществии. - Координация действий заявителя и специалистов служб, привлеченных к реагированию на происшествие. - Предоставление дополнительных разъяснений по вопросам предоставленной справочной информации и/или переданных рекомендаций.

Оператор 112 должен: - Кратко и понятно формулировать вопросы для получения информации, находить понятные заявителю формулировки, задавать наводящие вопросы, оценивать и учитывать психологическое состояние заявителя. - Использовать программно-аппаратные средства, применяемые для приема экстренных вызовов, оповещения экстренных оперативных служб, аварийно-восстановительных служб и единых дежурно-диспетчерских служб. - Пользоваться топографической картой для определения возможного местонахождения заявителя. - Наличие навыков набора текста - не менее 150 знаков в минуту.. - Стрессоустойчивость, способность решать задачи в условиях ограниченного времени.
