Координировать и контролировать разработку и внедрение концепции оптимального использования энергетических ресурсов в жилищно‑хозяйственном комплексе муниципального образования; Организовывать сбор, систематизацию и анализ данных о потреблении энергетических ресурсов на территории муниципального образования, обеспечивать выполнение расчётов фактического и прогнозного потребления энергии; Руководить разработкой проектов муниципальных программ в области энергосбережения и повышения энергетической эффективности в соответствии с требованиями Федерального закона от 23.11.2009 № 261‑ФЗ; Обеспечивать формирование и реализацию планов мероприятий по энергосбережению на уровне муниципального образования, контролировать исполнение запланированных мероприятий; Организовывать ведение учёта объектов, использующих вторичные энергетические ресурсы и/или возобновляемые источники энергии, расположенных на территории муниципального образования; Контролировать документальное сопровождение контрактов с энергоснабжающими организациями, включая подготовку текущей и конкурсной (преддоговорной) документации; Организовывать проведение плановых визуальных обследований объектов и систем энергообеспечения и энергопотребления, обеспечивать фиксацию результатов и контроль устранения выявленных недостатков; Координировать формирование оперативной и статистической отчётности по энергопотреблению и эксплуатации объектов жилищно‑коммунального комплекса, обеспечивать своевременность и достоверность предоставляемых сведений.

Гражданство Российской Федерации. Стаж работы по специальности не менее двух лет на должностях специалистов в организациях, опыт и знание работы в которых необходимы для выполнения обязанностей по указанной должности. Профессиональные навыки планирования работы, ведения деловых переговоров, взаимодействия с другими органами, организациями, структурными подразделениями, подготовки служебных документов, владеть русским языком на высоком уровне, уметь избегать конфликтных ситуаций, учитывать мнение коллег, систематизировать информацию, соблюдать исполнительскую дисциплину. Профессиональные знания и навыки в области информационно-коммуникационных технологий: базовый уровень.
