осуществлять своевременное и правильное отражение на счетах бухгалтерского учета, в т. ч. на забалансовых счетах фактов хозяйственной жизни, связанных с движением нефинансовых активов. Осуществлять начисление и перечисление налогов, сборов (в т. ч. налог на имущество организаций, транспортный налог, земельный налог, плату за негативное воздействие на окружающую среду и т.д.). Формировать заявки на оплату расходов по перечислению налогов. Обеспечить правильность и эффективность использования бюджетных средств в соответствии с целевым назначением. Осуществлять контроль соответствия кассовых расходов и финансового результата в части расходов текущего финансового года. Формировать правильно и своевременно регистры бухгалтерского учета по учету нефинансовых активов, журнал операций по выбытию и перемещению нефинансовых активов, регистры налогового учета. Сверять регистры аналитического учета с регистрами синтетического учета, сверять регистры бухгалтерского учета с бухгалтерской, налоговой, статистической и иной отчетностью. Осуществлять сверку с налоговыми органами по начислению и перечислению налогов.

Знание налогового, гражданского, бюджетного законодательства. Хорошие теоретические знания налогового и бюджетного законодательства, инструкций по бюджетному учету и бухгалтерских проводок. Практический опыт работы по ведению бухгалтерского учета, составлению налоговой и статистической отчетности, бюджетной отчетности, по составлению и проверке журналов операций, проверке главных книг и т.д. Умение разрабатывать локальные акты. Приветствуется опыт работы в должности главного бухгалтера, заместителя главного бухгалтера. Владение современными информационными технологиями, умение работать с основными приложениями MS Office Word. Excel. Internet, пользоваться системой электронного документооборота, правовыми базами Консультант плюс, с программами МСЭД РК, АС КАГУ, АЦК-финансы, АС-Смета, 1С, СУФД, Свод-Смарт.
