Специалист 2 категории, выполняет следующие обязанности: 1. принимать граждан и давать разъяснения и консультации по вопросам назначения гражданам субсидий; 2. принимать заявления и документы от граждан, необходимые для назначения /перерасчета/ субсидий, в том числе поступившие через многофункциональный центр предоставления государственных и муниципальных услуг, с использованием региональной или федеральной государственной информационной системы Единый портал государственных и муниципальных услуг; 3. при приеме документов граждан: проверять документы, сверять копии с подлинниками, заверять копии документов, нести ответственность за достоверность принятых копий документов. При поступлении документов через многофункциональный центр предоставления государственных и муниципальных услуг проверять полноту представленных документов, в случае необходимости делать запросы в рамках межведомственного взаимодействия. При поступлении заявления о предоставлении субсидии через региональную или федеральную государственную информационную систему Единый портал государственных и муниципальных услуг запрашивать необходимые сведения в рамках межведомственного взаимодействия; 4. производить автоматизированное назначение /перерасчет/ субсидий гражданам на закрепленном участке; 5. соблюдать установленные сроки и процедуры назначения /перерасчета/ гражданам субсидий, вынесения решений о приостановлении, перерасчете, прекращении выплаты субсидий, об отказе в назначении субсидий; 6. оформлять личные дела, проекты решений о назначении (об отказе в назначении) гражданам субсидий; 7. приостанавливать или прекращать выплату субсидий при условии выявления нарушений со стороны получателей субсидий; 8. нести ответственность за правильность ведения персональных дел получателей субсидий, а так же за правильность ведения и хранения иной документации, установленной для ведения в органах социальной защиты населения.

Специалист 2 категории должен обладать знаниями основ: - Конституции Российской Федерации; - Федерального закона от 02.03.2007 № 25-ФЗ О муниципальной службе в Российской Федерации; - Федерального закона от 02.05.2006 № 59-ФЗ О порядке рассмотрения обращений граждан в Российской Федерации; - Федерального закона от 25.12.2008 № 273-ФЗ О противодействии коррупции; - Федерального закона от 27.07.2006 № 152-ФЗ О персональных данных; - Федерального закона от 27.07.2010 № 210-ФЗ Об организации предоставления государственных и муниципальных услуг; - Закона Ставропольского края от 24.12.2007 № 78-кз Об отдельных вопросах муниципальной службы в Ставропольском крае Специалист 2 категории должен обладать следующими знаниями: возможности межведомственного документооборота; - работы в текстовом редакторе; - работы с электронными таблицами; - работы с базами данных. Специалист 2 категории должен обладать следующими умениями: - планировать и рационально использовать рабочее время; - -совершенствовать свой профессиональный уровень; - соблюдать этику делового общения.
