1. Проведение анализа (проверка) и выявление территориальных зон с некачественным электроснабжением: параметров качества электрической энергии с использованием интеллектуальных систем учета; продолжительности перерывов электроснабжения с использованием интеллектуальных систем учета; 2. Подготовка письменных обращений сетевым организациям, исполнителям коммунальной услуги и иным владельцам объектов электросетевого хозяйства с требованием принятия оперативных мер по приведению параметров качества электрической энергии в соответствие техническим регламентам и иным обязательным требованиям ГОСТ 32144-2013; 3. Контроль сроков поступления ответов на обращения; 4. Направление информации в ответственные смежные подразделения: в юридическое управление для рассмотрения вопроса по подготовке исковых заявлений в судебные органы в соответствии с нормами ГОСТ 32144-2013; в управление работы с физическими лицами о необходимости произведения корректировки размера платы за поставленную электрическую энергию ненадлежащего качества. 5. Проведение телефонных переговоров с сетевыми организациями, иными владельцами объектов электросетевого хозяйства, клиентами Общества по вопросам качества электрической энергии и надежности электроснабжения; 6. Подготовка обращений (уведомлений, требований) сетевым организациям и иным владельцам объектов электросетевого хозяйства по вопросам качества поставляемой электрической энергии и надежности электроснабжения; 7. Подготовка отчетной и статистической информации по обращениям клиентов Общества на качество поставляемой электрической энергии.

Высшее профессиональное образование (электротехническое) без предъявления требований к опыту работы.
