- Участие в подготовке технического задания на разработку проектных решений; - Анализ требований задания и собранной информации, включая результаты исследований, для планирования собственной деятельности по инженерно-техническому проектированию объектов градостроительной деятельности; - Определение методов и инструментария для разработки документации для производства работ по инженерно-техническому проектированию объектов градостроительной деятельности; - Определение состава и сбор проектных материалов, необходимых для выполнения технического задания; - Разработка отдельных разделов или проектных технических решений по объектам 3 и 4 группы сложности, участие в выполнении проектных работ по объектам 5 и 6 группы сложности в соответствии с техническим заданием и требованиями действующих нормативных документов по разработке и оформлению проектной документации; - Выполнение необходимых расчетов, связанных с разработкой проектных решений; - Расчетный анализ и оценка технических решений строящихся, реконструируемых, эксплуатируемых, сносимых объектов капитального строительства, включая сети и системы инженерно-технического обеспечения и коммунальной инфраструктуры, на соответствие установленным требованиям качества и характеристикам безопасности для производства работ по инженерно-техническому проектированию объектов градостроительной деятельности; - Выполнение обследований зданий и сооружений; - Подготовка проектных материалов для рассмотрения их на научно-техническом совете, участие в технических советах; - Обеспечение соответствия процесса разработки проектных решений технологическому процессу; - Обеспечение увязки конструктивной части с другими разделами проектов, сокращение объемов проектных материалов на всех стадиях проектирования; - Соблюдение установленных сроков выполнения проектных работ, повышение их качества и экономичности, а также контроль соответствия принятых проектных решений действующим нормативным документам по проектированию, требованиям охраны окружающей среды и экологическим стандартам; - Разработка рабочей документации в сфере инженерно-технического проектирования для градостроительной деятельности; - Ответственность за качество выполненных проектных работ по разделу; - Своевременное внесение изменений в проектную и рабочую документацию проектных технических решений конструктивной части; - Выполнение требований Системы менеджмента качества; - Формирование проектной продукции по результатам инженерно-технического проектирования; - Своевременное исправление несоответствующей проектной документации, выявленной в результате ее проверки и др. в соответствии с должностной инструкцией

Высшее образование, Опыт работы инженером-конструктором не менее 3-х лет, выполнение рабочей документации с помощью программ Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, владение методами проектирования с применением программных комплексов Autodesk, nanoCAD, выполнение необходимых технических расчетов с помощью программ-сателлитов пакета SCAD Office: Вест, Кристалл, Арбат, Камин, Декор, Монолит, Комета, Пастернак, Кросс, Откос и Запрос, выполнение расчета плоских задач в программе SCAD или Лира (рамы, фермы, балки, плиты), выполнение обследований технического состояния строительных конструкций зданий и сооружений.
