Руководство отделом кадров . Начальник организует работу подчинённых, распределяет задачи, контролирует их исполнение, проводит оценку эффективности сотрудников отдела, занимается вопросами мотивации и развития команды. Формирование кадровой политики и участие в HR‑стратегии . Совместно с топ‑менеджментом определяет принципы работы с персоналом, подходы к подбору, развитию и удержанию сотрудников, участвует в построении системы управления талантами. Планирование потребности в персонале . Анализирует текущие и перспективные кадровые нужды компании, прогнозирует потребность в сотрудниках с учётом планов развития бизнеса, изучает рынок труда, налаживает контакты с учебными заведениями, центрами занятости, кадровыми агентствами. Подбор и адаптация персонала . Организует процессы рекрутмента, утверждает вакансии и требования к кандидатам, координирует собеседования, принимает финальные решения по найму. Разрабатывает и внедряет программы адаптации новых сотрудников. Оформление кадровых процедур . Обеспечивает корректное документальное оформление приёма на работу, переводов, увольнений, отпусков, командировок и иных кадровых событий в соответствии с ТК РФ и локальными актами. Контролирует ведение трудовых книжек, личных дел, карточек Т‑2.

Наличие высшего образования, знание ТК РФ. Обязательное условие знание китайского языка. Опыт работы в китайской компании.
