Обязанности: определять и обосновывать начальную (максимальную) цену контракта (максимальное значение цены контракта), цену контракта, заключаемого с единственным поставщиком (подрядчиком, исполнителем), в том числе обеспечивать проверку потенциальных поставщиков (подрядчиков, исполнителей) на соответствие единым требованиям, установленным ч. 1, ст. 31 Федерального закона 44-ФЗ; осуществлять проверку независимых гарантий, предоставляемых в качестве обеспечения заявок на участие в закупках, обеспечения исполнения контрактов, заключаемых Заказчиком; осуществлять подготовку и размещение в единой информационной системе конкурентных закупочных процедур (электронный аукцион, электронный конкурс, электронный запрос котировок), а также проведение их итогов; осуществлять размещение проекта контракта (контракта) в единой информационной системе и на электронной площадке с использованием единой информационной системы; осуществлять проверку технических заданий (описание объектов закупок) на предмет соответствия законодательству о контрактной системе, антимонопольному законодательству, а также на предмет целевого и эффективного расходования бюджетных средств; формировать и размещать в единой информационной системе сведения об исполнении контрактов. Условия: официальное трудоустройство (трудовой договор); испытательный срок 3 месяца; отпуск 38 календарных дней; единовременная выплата к отпуску, материальная помощь; режим работы: пн.- чт.: 9:00-17:45, пт. 9:00-16:30, ненормированный рабочий день.

высшее образование в сфере закупок или высшее непрофильное образование и дополнительное профессиональное образование по программам повышения квалификации и(или) профессиональной переподготовки в сфере закупок; обязателен опыт работы не менее 1 года в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд в соответствии с Федеральным законом 44-ФЗ; уверенный пользователь MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
