Мы – разработчики и изготовители резинотехнических изделий (РТИ), также вторым направлением нашей деятельности является разработка, изготовление и внедрение смол, лакокрасочных покрытий, клеев, мастик и смазок. Разработка изделий РТИ и оснастки с последующей отработкой технологии изготовления и внедрения в производство, Оптимизация существующей технологии изготовления РТИ, Разработка смол с последующим синтезом в масштабе лаборатории, Усовершенствование существующих технологий производства клеев и красок, а также разработка новых рецептур, Участие в исследовательских и экспериментальных работах, Проведение лабораторных испытаний, анализов, измерений, Поиск решений по совершенствованию рецептур, доработка и разработка новых, Контроль внедрения новых разработок на производстве, Технологический контроль производства продукции, Контроль входящего сырья, полупродуктов и готовой продукции, Прием и учет сырья, Ведение журналов учета расхода и другой производственной документации, Ведение нормативно-технологической документации.

Образование - высшее профильное, приветствуются студенты старших курсов и выпускники СПбГТИ(ТУ) (Кафедра оборудования и робототехники переработки пластмасс, Кафедра химической технологии полимеров, Кафедра химической технологии органических красителей) и других химических ВУЗов.

Условия: Стабильная компания - более 110 лет со дня основания; Полное соблюдение трудового законодательства РФ; Дружный коллектив, объединённый под руководством профессионалов; Полис ДМС и другие социальные гарантии (гибкий график, компенсация спорта, компенсация питания); Пятидневка с 09.00 час. до 17.30 час.
