Обслуживать и налаживать оборудование тепловых пунктов и узлов систем теплоснабжения, тепловых пунктов с автоматизированными установками горячего водоснабжения, работающие по одно - ступенчатой и двух - ступенчатой схеме подключения теплообменников. Обслуживать тепловые пункты с давлением на обратной линии более 0,1 МПа. Обслуживать тепловые пункты с автоматизированными системами отопления. Производить наладку элеваторных узлов и контролировать их работу. Контролировать и регулировать количество сетевой воды, подаваемой для подогревателей горячего водоснабжения и для технологических нужд. Принимать из ремонта оборудования тепловых пунктов, узлов теплоснабжения и разводящих сетей. Контролировать температуру обратной воды и расход тепла. Производить регулировку параметров, согласно температурному графику. Вести учет расхода сетевой воды и отпуск тепла потребителям. Выполнять инструкции по обслуживанию тепловых пунктов. Качественно и в срок выполнять порученную работу. При производстве работ соблюдать требования охраны труда. Устранять неисправности запорно-регулирующей арматуры, насосных агрегатов, теплообменного оборудования. Производить смазку агрегатов и узлов, подтяжку сальников, устранять течи в не плотностях соединений. Производить демонтаж и монтаж оборудования тепловых пунктов. В случае производственной необходимости, принимать участие в монтаже дополнительно устанавливаемого оборудования не тепловых пунктах. Вести установленную техническую документацию. Соблюдать требования охраны труда, в соответствии с утвержденными инструкциями по ОТ.

Опыт работы желателен; Наличие удостоверения по специальности; Умение работать в команде; Знание оборудования тепловых пунктов.
