- Обеспечивать бесперебойную и безопасную работу водогрейных котлов на жидком топливе и системы отопления: - регулировать работу котлов в соответствии с графиком потребления; - осуществлять переключения питательных линий, подпитку магистральных трубопроводов системы отопления; -вести наблюдение по контрольно-измерительным приборам и регулировать давление и температуру воды в системе отопления; -обеспечивать работу топливоперекачивающего насоса и системы топливоподачи; -принимать участие в планово-предупредительном ремонте котлов, вспомогательных механизмов и сетей теплоснабжения, осуществлять подготовку их к эксплуатации; - подготавливать котельное оборудование к испытанию, наладке со сдачей в эксплуатацию к очередному отопительному сезону; -выполнять мелкий и текущий ремонт по устранению неисправностей в бойлерном оборудовании и системе отопления; -выполнять работы по ремонту и восстановлению работоспособности котельного оборудования и системы отопления; -выполнять обходы, осмотры и проверки оборудования и систем. Делать соответствующие записи в рабочих журналах.

- знать принцип работы обслуживаемых котлов и способы регулирования их параметров; - знать устройство котла и конструкцию горелок; - знать правила вывода котла в ремонт и ввод в эксплуатацию котла и системы отопления после ремонта; - знать правила по эксплуатации и ремонту оборудования котельных установок; - знать порядок розжига и остановок горелок; - знать допустимые значения давления и уровни воды в обслуживаемых котлах; -владеть навыками выполнения монтажных, слесарных операций при выполнении ремонтных работ по ремонту оборудования и систем; - правила безопасности труда, электробезопасности, гигиены труда; - основные средства и приемы предупреждения и тушения пожаров на рабочем месте.

Условия: Ежемесячное премирование, премии к праздникам; Материальная помощь в размере одного оклада два раза в год; ДМС страхование; Отпуск 39 дней; Компенсация части стоимости путевок на санаторное/курортное лечение; Частичная компенсация проезда к месту отдыха; Оплата детских садов, Выплаты на детей; Компенсация детского отдыха в летних лагерях; При определенных условиях - оплата процентов ипотечного кредитования
