разрабатывать ETL-процессы для сбора, трансформации и загрузки данных по утверждённым спецификациям; выполнять подготовку, очистку и предварительную обработку данных для последующего анализа; обеспечивать качество разрабатываемого кода и обрабатываемых данных; участвовать в мониторинге исполнения разработанных процессов обработки данных; выявлять, локализовать и устранять инциденты и дефекты в пределах своей зоны ответственности;

Знание основ архитектуры систем обработки данных (хранилища данных, витрины данных); основ ETL/ELT-процессов и инструментов оркестрации на уровне пользователя; основ технологий больших данных, применяемых в Учреждении; реляционных баз данных, языка SQL на уровне запросов средней сложности; языка Python на уровне, необходимом для обработки и подготовки данных; систем контроля версий (Git); требований к защите информации, в том числе персональных данных
