Основные должностные обязанности: Управление оборудованием: запуск котлов в работу (розжиг), плановый и аварийный останов, вывод оборудования в резерв или ремонт. Подготовка газовых горелок к работе и поддержание необходимого режима горения. Контроль параметров работы: непрерывное отслеживание давления и температуры теплоносителя (воды или пара) в прямом и обратном трубопроводах, уровня воды в барабане котла и расширительных баках, а также расхода газа, электроэнергии и воды.2 источника Регулирование процесса: корректировка подачи топлива и воздуха для обеспечения полноты сгорания и экономичного режима. Поддержание заданной температуры в теплосети в зависимости от температуры наружного воздуха согласно температурному графику. Технический осмотр: визуальный и инструментальный контроль за состоянием трубопроводов, запорной арматуры, насосов, дымососов, вентиляторов и систем автоматики безопасности. Проверка отсутствия утечек газа по запаху и показаниям газоанализаторов, проверка герметичности соединений мыльной эмульсией.2 источника Обслуживание КИПиА: проверка исправности манометров, термометров, предохранительных клапанов, водоуказательных приборов. Продувка импульсных линий и водоуказательных стекол. Считывание данных с цифровых панелей управления и SCADA-систем. Ведение документации: заполнение оперативного журнала смен, журналов учета неисправностей, пусков и остановов оборудования, осмотров газового оборудования, а также фиксация показаний приборов учета энергоресурсов. Профилактические и мелкие ремонтные работы: набивка сальников на задвижках и насосах, замена прокладок, мелкий ремонт теплоизоляции (обмуровки), очистка топки и поверхностей нагрева от сажи и отложений, смазка движущихся частей механизмов. Экономия ресурсов: эксплуатация оборудования в наиболее экономичных режимах, своевременное выявление и устранение потерь тепла через поврежденную изоляцию. Соблюдение санитарных норм: поддержание чистоты и порядка в помещении котельного зала, соблюдение правил пожарной безопасности, включая регулярную проверку средств пожаротушения. Действия в аварийных ситуациях: Оператор обязан действовать строго по производственной инструкции и плану ликвидации аварий (ПЛА)

Оператор обязан уметь пользоваться стационарными и мобильными радиостанциями, системой громкой связи, а также знать алгоритмы передачи экстренных сообщений через системы ГО и ЧС предприятия.
