The posting

-Разрабатывает план-график Комитета, осуществляет подготовку и внесение изменений и дополнений в него, с последующим размещением плана-графика Комитета, его дополнений и изменений в единой информационной системе в сфере закупок; -Определение и обоснование начальной (максимальной) цены контракта; - Обеспечивает осуществление закупок, в том числе заключает муниципальные контракты; -Участвует в рассмотрении уполномоченными органами или судом дел об обжаловании результатов определения поставщиков (подрядчиков, исполнителей);- В случае необходимости, организует на стадии планирования закупок, консультаций с поставщиками (подрядчиками, исполнителями) в целях определения состояния конкурентной среды на соответствующих рынках товаров, работ и услуг, наилучших технологий и других решений для обеспечения муниципальных нужд;- В соответствии с требованиями, предусмотренными Федеральным законом от 05.04.2013 г. № 44-ФЗ О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд и иных нормативно-правовых актов, в случае необходимости, привлекает к выполнению должностных обязанностей экспертов, экспертные организации;- Исполняет иные обязанности, предусмотренные Федеральным законом от 05.04.2013 г. № 44-ФЗ О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд;-Принимает меры по предотвращению и урегулированию конфликта интересов в соответствии с Федеральным законом от 25.12.2008 года № 273-ФЗ О противодействии коррупции, в том числе с учетом информации, предоставленной заказчику в соответствии с ч. 23 ст. 34 Федерального закона от 05.04.2013 г. № 44-ФЗ;
