Организация дистанционного обслуживания Клиентов: прием и обработка входящих звонков от Клиентов, поступающих на единый телефонный номер Общества; Консультирование Клиентов о всех услугах, которые может оказать Общество в рамках минимального перечня услуг, утвержденного ООО Газпром Межрегионгаз, о стоимости (если стоимость услуги чётко определена действующим прейскурантом) и сроках выполнения запрашиваемой услуги, какой пакет документов необходимо предоставить для выполнения определенного рода услуги. Прием и обработка входящих обращений от Клиентов, поступающих через официальный сайт Общества, почтовые отправления, сеть Интернет, мобильное приложение, региональные и федеральные электронные порталы (далее - дистанционные каналы коммуникации). Осуществление дистанционного и личного приема (регистрации в CRM- системе) заявок от Клиента для передачи на исполнение структурному подразделению Общества, с последующим уведомлением Клиента о входящем номере, присвоенном заявке, занесением данных о Клиенте. Приём заявок и заключение договоров на подключение (технологическое присоединение), в том числе в рамках догазиифкации, договоров подряда на проектные, строительно-монтажные работы, теплотехнический расчет расхода газа. Информирование Клиентов обо всех изменениях по оформленным заявкам при предоставлении товаров, работ и услуг на основе принципа Единое окно . Установка коммуникаций с Клиентами Общества с целью предоставления актуальной информации общего характера. Осуществление исходящих телефонных звонков в целях осуществления дистанционного обслуживания Клиентов по вопросам предоставления товаров, работ и услуг на основе принципа Единое окно . Прием заявлений от Клиентов (в том числе жалоб и предложений), передача в отдел документационного обеспечения управления Общества на регистрацию. Выдача Клиентам готовой документации, поступившей от структурных подразделений Общества. Осуществление телефонных опросов Клиентов по распоряжению руководства Общества.

среднее общее образование или профессиональное обучение - программы профессиональной подготовки по должностям служащих, программы переподготовки служащих, программы повышения квалификации служащих или имеющее стаж работы не менее 6 месяцев в сфере дистанционного и личного информационно-справочного обслуживания физических и юридических лиц. Оператор персонального обслуживания перед допуском к работе должен пройти обучение и последующую проверку знаний действующих нормативных документов в объеме настоящей должностной инструкции.
