Слесарь-электрик по ремонту электрооборудования обязан: 1. Проводить диагностику и профилактический осмотр электрооборудования автотракторной техники. 2. Устранять выявленные в ходе диагностики дефекты и неисправности по согласованию с начальником ремонтно-механических мастерских. 3. Выбраковывать детали после разборки агрегатов системы электрооборудования, производить их проверку на стендах для установления дальнейшей пригодности или давать заключение на выбраковку изношенных или вышедших из строя узлов. 4. Выполнять работы по разборке, ремонту и сборке узлов и агрегатов систем электрооборудования карбюраторных и дизельных двигателей, систем сигнализации и освещения автотракторной техники в соответствии с ТУ завода-изготовителя и схемами электрооборудования. 5. Выполнять работы по установке, регулировке и проверке работоспособности отремонтированных агрегатов и узлов системы электрооборудования двигателей. 6. Докладывать начальнику ремонтно-механических мастерских о выявленных неисправностях оборудования и приборов. И.т. согласно должностной инструкции слесаря-электрика по ремонту электрооборудования, 5 разряда

На должность слесаря-электрика по ремонту электрооборудования назначается лицо, имеющее среднее профессиональное образование. Слесарь-электрик по ремонту электрооборудования должен знать: - основы электротехники и электромеханики, принципы работы систем электрооборудования двигателей, кинематические и электрические схемы источников и потребителей электрической энергии двигателей; - правила разборки, дефектовки и ремонта деталей, узлов, агрегатов и приборов систем электрооборудования карбюраторных и дизельных двигателей; - устройство и принципы работы ремонтируемого электрооборудования, способы восстановления изношенных деталей; - технические условия на испытания, регулировку и приемку узлов, механизмов и оборудования после ремонта; - допуски, посадки и классы точности; - устройство и способы применения специальных приспособлений и контрольно-измерительных инструментов.
