выполнение технологической подготовки и сопровождение в процессе изготовления радиоэлектронной аппаратуры опытного производства; разработка технологических процессов с использованием средств автоматизации проектирования; расчет потребного количества вспомогательных материалов; разработка технологического паспорта; участие во внедрении технологических процессов, оборудования и оснастки; участие в разработке линейных и сетевых графиков изготовления изделий; участие в отработке конструкций изделий на технологичность; участие в разработке технологических планировок; проработка извещений на изменение; обучение и проверка знаний исполнителей на право выполнения операций по сборке и монтажу радиоэлектронной аппаратуры; контроль за соблюдением технологии сборки и монтажа радиоэлектронной аппаратуры на производственных участках; анализ причин возникновения дефектов сборки и монтажа радиоэлектронной аппаратуры и подготовка мероприятий, исключающих их повторное появление; освоение новых технологических процессов и участие в проведение экспериментальных работ по внедрению их в производство, в разработке программ совершенствования организации труда, внедрения новой техники, организационно-технических мероприятий по своевременному освоению производственных мощностей, совершенствованию технологии

высшее образование-магистратура или специалитет; опыт работы не менее 3-х лет в должности инженера-технолога или на других инженерно-технических должностях в приборостроении Знания: типовые конструкции радиоэлектронной аппаратуры; государственные и отраслевые стандарты на сборку и монтаж радиоэлектронной аппаратуры; технические условия на основные применяемые компоненты ЭРИ и типовой радиоэлектронной аппаратуре; руководящие, методические и нормативные документы по требованиям к разработке технологической документации; нормативные документы по технологическому обеспечению производства; виды и технологические характеристики технологического оборудования и оснастки для электромонтажа и испытаний радиоэлектронной аппаратуры; требования охраны труда, производственной санитарии и противопожарной защиты, технические требования к эксплуатируемому оборудованию, руководящие, методические и нормативные документы, необходимые для контроля соблюдения технологической дисциплины. Умения: работать в системе автоматизированной разработки технологической документации организации; разрабатывать технологические процессы; читать КД и работать с НТД; проводить анализ технологии сборки и монтажа; проводить анализ соблюдения технологической дисциплины; выявлять причины дефектов при сборке и монтаже.

Условия: Пятидневная рабочая неделя с 8:15 - 17:15, пт. до 16:00 Оформление строго в соответствии с ТК РФ, больничный, отпуск оплачиваются. Соцпакет: столовая, МСЧ, ФОК (физкультурно - оздоровительный комплекс) на территории предприятия. сотрудникам предприятия предоставляется отсрочка от призыва на срочную военную службу; Шаговая доступность от метро Автозаводская, Дубровка.
