При получении вызова вносить в путевой лист данные о маршруте движения с указанием точного адреса (улица, номер дома), времени выезда (час., мин.), по прибытии время (час., мин.), пройденный километраж. 1.6. Производить уборочно-моечные работы автомобиля (если автомобиль не требует специальной санитарной обработки): мойку кузова, влажную уборку кабины санитарного автомобиля, поддерживать в ней порядок и чистоту, вытирать пыль. 1.7. Строго выполнять правила внутреннего трудового распорядка учреждения, инструкции по охране труда, требования техника, механика гаража, начальника гаража. 1.8.1. Получать путевой лист у фельдшера по приёму вызовов СМП и передаче их выездным бригадам СМП, осуществляющего предрейсовый медицинский осмотр. Проходить предрейсовый осмотр, расписываться в журнале о прохождении предрейсового осмотра. Докладывать фельдшеру (медицинской сестре) по приёму вызовов СМП и передаче их выездным бригадам СМП о готовности/причинах неготовности к выезду, указывать время и расписываться в отчете старшего врача станции скорой медицинской помощи. 1.8.2. Получать у механика гаража топливную карту, свидетельство о регистрации ТС, удостоверять получение своей подписью в соответствующем журнале учёта. 1.8.3. Получать разрешение механика гаража о выпуске на линию, расписываться в путевом листе и журнале выпуска и возвращения автомобиля. 1.10. Заступив на дежурство, быть постоянно готовым к выезду. 1.11. При поступлении вызова выездной бригаде (по селектору или рации) обеспечивать немедленный выезд бригады СМП к месту вызова. 1.12. О неисправностях автомобиля и оборудования (рации, приборов специальной сигнализации (сирена, проблесковый фонарь, прожектор поисковый, фонарь-прожектор переносной)), незамедлительно сообщать начальнику гаража, в ночное время дежурному старшему врачу станции СМП. 1.13. Следить за техническим состоянием санитарного автомобиля, своевременно заправлять его ГСМ, не допуская остатка горючего в топливном баке менее 20 литров. 1.14. Находиться на рабочем месте в специальной одежде, специальной обуви, выданной работодателем и др. согласно должностной инструкции.

Среднее образование. Опыт работы не менее трех лет. Категории В или ВС или ВСД или ВСДЕ. Иметь допуск к управлению транспортным средством, оборудованным устройствами для подачи специальных световых и звуковых сигналов, выполнять мелкий ремонт оснащения (замки, ручки, ремни, лямки, носилки и т. д.)
