Обеспечивать эксплуатацию и обслуживание систем теплоснабжения, холодного и горячего водоснабжения, сантехнического оборудования зданий и сооружений, канализационных линий и очистных сооружений. Осуществляет профилактические осмотры и техническое обслуживание систем теплоснабжения и водоснабжения, сантехнического оборудования зданий и сооружений, контроль за их работой. Осуществляет правильную эксплуатацию тепловых, водопроводных и канализационных сетей, наружных и внутренних трубопроводов. Выполняет регламентные работы по поддержанию в технически исправном состоянии тепловых, водопроводных и канализационных сетей. Осуществляет мероприятия по ликвидации либо локализации аварий, устранению неисправностей и их последствий. Осуществляет подготовку заявок на приобретение расходных материалов и запасных частей для инженерных сетей и оборудования в пределах своей компетенции. Выполняет мероприятия, предусмотренные регламентами, планами работы в своей предметной области, планами проверок.

Знание в области обслуживания сантехнического оборудования и инженерных сетей. Обладать навыками диагностики и ремонта сантехнического оборудования и инженерных сетей. Уметь работать с инструментом различного назначения. Быть готовым к выполнению некоторых видов работ на высоте (лестница, стремянка, леса).
