1. Управление автобусами особо малого класса, малого класса, среднего класса, большого класса, осуществляющих перевозку пассажиров. 2. Обеспечение безопасной перевозки пассажиров и регулярности выполнения графика движения в соответствии с утвержденным расписанием.

- не имеющее неснятую или непогашенную судимость за совершение преступлений либо подвергающиеся уголовному преследованию за следующие преступления, предусмотренные пунктом 1 и 2 части второй статьи 328.1 Трудового кодекса Российской Федерации; - прошедшее обязательный предварительный (при поступлении на работу) медицинский осмотр для определения их пригодности к поручаемой работе и предупреждения профессиональных заболеваний, а также обязательное психиатрическое освидетельствование; - имеющее российское национальное водительское удостоверение о допуске к управлению автомобилями всех типов и марок, отнесёнными к категориям транспортных средств В, С, D, DE и подкатегорий D1, D1E, без предъявления требований к стажу. Допускается наличие иностранного национального или международного водительского удостоверения соответствующей категории в случаях, предусмотренных законодательством Российской Федерации. К управлению автобусами, осуществляющими организованную перевозку группы детей, допускаются водители, имеющие на дату начала организованной перевозки группы детей стаж работы в качестве водителя транспортного средства категории D не менее одного года из последних двух лет и не привлекавшийся в течение одного года до начала организованной перевозки группы детей к административной ответственности в виде лишения права управления транспортным средством или административного ареста за административные правонарушения в области дорожного движения
