1. Обслуживает цементировочные агрегаты, смонтированные на шасси автомобиля 2. Подготавливает цементировочные агрегаты к работе на объекте, обвязывает (присоединяет) агрегаты с устьем скважины по технологической схеме. Обеспечивает нормальную работу двигателей цементировочного агрегата. 3. Сбирает, разбирает, обвязывает и опрессовывает линии высоких и низких давлений. 4. Занимается обслуживанием силового и технологического оборудования и ходовой части цементировочных агрегатов при проведении цементажа скважин, гидравлического разрыва пласта, химической обработки скважин. 5. Участвует в проведении технологического процесса цементажа скважин, гидравлического разрыва пласта, химической, тепловой обработки, глушения и промывки скважин, установке цементных мостов. 6. Участвует в опрессовке обсадных и бурильных труб, манифольдов в технологическом процессе по химической обработке призабойной зоны скважины и проведение тампонажных работ. 7. Наблюдает за расходом жидкости, закачиваемой в скважину. Определяет момент окончания цементажа. 8. Перекачивает технологическую жидкость (без давления). 9. Выполняет профилактический и текущий ремонта оборудования и автомобиля. 10. Управляет автомобилем. Заправляет агрегат топливом, смазочными материалами и охлаждающей жидкостью. 11. Проверяет техническое состояние и принимает агрегат перед выездом на линию, сдает и ставит на отведенное место по возвращении в гараж. 12. Устраняет возникшие во время работы на линии мелкие неисправности, не требующие разборки механизмов. 13. Производит текущий ремонт механизмов цементировочного агрегата, автомобиля. 14. Оформляет путевые документы.

Специальная профессионально-техническая подготовка, удостоверение установленного образца, опыт практического управления специального автомобиля ЦА-320, медицинское освидетельствование. Стаж работы по специальности не менее одного года Знать технологический процесс бурения скважин и добычи нефти, газа и других полезных ископаемых; технические характеристики, назначение, конструкцию, правила эксплуатации цементировочного агрегата, устройство, взаимодействие и принцип работы всех узлов агрегата; технологический процесс цементирования скважин, гидравлического разрыва пласта, химической обработки, промывки и глушения скважин; виды ремонтов цементировочного агрегата; слесарное дело; основные сведения о технологии капитального ремонта и освоения скважин. Соблюдать все нормативные документы стандарты в системе нормативного обеспечения бизнеса, регламентирующие деятельность машиниста промывочного агрегата в рамках своей компетенции. Соблюдать нормативные документы в области ПБОТОС, правила внутреннего трудового распорядка. Проходить обучение и поверку знаний в области ПБОТОС.
