Оптимизация моделей для повышения их точности и производительности, Анализ производительности моделей и их дообучение на новых данных Проведение исследований с использованием научно-обоснованных методов (НИР) Решение задач с помощью технологий ИИ в различных областях / работа с фреймворками и библиотеками TensorFlow и Keras Решение задач в области NLP и компьютерного зрения с использованием нейросетей (OCR) Разработка ИИ-агентов Разработка API и других интерфейсов для интеграции моделей в существующие системы Тестирование и отладка интеграции разработанных моделей Мониторинг функционирования ИИ-моделей в реальных условиях Изучение современных методов и алгоритмов ИИ, включая трансформеры и генеративные модели Проведение экспериментов и оценка их результатов Участие в разработке стратегии внедрения ИИ в компанию Консультирование коллег по вопросам, связанным с ИИ Подготовка технической и проектной документации

Желательно наличие ученой степени кандидата или доктора наук в области компьютерных наук; рассматриваются аспиранты с 2-3 годами обучения Опыт участия в проектах, связанных с разработкой и внедрением моделей ИИ, знания в области современных цифровых технологий Знания математики (линейная алгебра, теория вероятности, статистика и т.д.) алгоритмов машинного обучения (регрессия,классификация, кластеризация, нейронные сети, деревья решений) и технологий на базе искусственного интеллекта Уверенное владение Python, C++, TensorFlow/PyTorch и SQL Способности к аналитическому мышлению, анализу данных и выявлению трендов и паттернов Готовность к обучению и адаптации к новым технологиям и требованиям в области ИИ Уровень английского языка не ниже upper Intermediate для чтения технической документации Доказанная инициативность и способность к новаторству Уверенный опыт работы с RAG-системами
